What does “pending approval” mean? Why does it say my account requires attention?
Pending Approval means that PartsTech is connecting with your supplier to verify your wholesale credentials. You will see this right after inputting your credentials. When everything is all set you’ll see an “Account Verified” icon. Verifying accounts can take up to 48 hours for some suppliers.
What do I do if I don’t see the account verified icon?
If it’s been more than 48 hours since you input your credentials and your supplier is still labeled as “Pending Approval” you can contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
It says “Declined” next to one of my suppliers.
If you receive a declined message this means that the credentials you entered where not accepted by the supplier. Double check to make sure you’re entering the correct information for that supplier, including your customer number, username and password (if applicable) and that you’ve selected the correct location of your servicing store.
