How to set up Autopart International on PartsTech:
Step 1: Gather your Autopart International account information:
To set up Autopart International on PartsTech, you’ll need two pieces of information.
- Your customer number, and
- Your password for online ordering (sometimes called your “SMS password” or your “openwebs password”)
Your 10-digit customer number can be found on a recent Autopart International invoice, as shown on the sample image.
How to find your Autopart International password.
In some cases, the password you need for PartsTech will be the same password you use to log in for online ordering at autopartinternational.com.

Be sure to let them know that you are trying to set up online ordering via PartsTech and that you need your password for online ordering. The password may sometimes be referred to as your “openwebs password” or your “SMS password.”
If your account is not currently set up for online ordering, you may need to enroll in online ordering by contacting your local store. You can find your store’s contact information here: Autopart International store locator.
Having trouble finding your password?
No worries. As long as you’ve entered your customer number, you can leave the password field blank for Autopart International and we’ll submit a request on your behalf. This process can take a few days. We’ll notify you when your account is ready.
Step 2: Enter your Autopart International customer number and password on PartsTech
To enter your Autopart International account information on PartsTech, return to the Supplier Setup screen. Click the blue pencil icon to edit your local Autopart International Store.
Then enter your credentials in the appropriate fields. If you do not have your Autopart International Password, you can leave the Password field blank for now and we will help you retrieve it later. Once you’ve entered your information, click “Save.”
Step 3: Complete the set up or registration process and check your account status
If you’re setting up a new account on PartsTech for the first time, please be sure to complete the registration process and confirm your email. Also, don’t forget to set up your other preferred parts suppliers.
Next time you log on to PartsTech, you will be able to see the status of your Autopart International account in your Supplier Settings (pictured below). Look for the green “Account Verified” message. That means your Autopart International account on PartsTech is set up and ready to go.
If you did not enter your Autopart International password above, please note that it may take a few days to activate your account. We will notify you when your account is ready.
